Job role: Sales & Marketing BDM

Remm Technologies a fast growing Software technology organization, is in need of both male & female sales and marketing business executive, to join the team and drive SaaS business unit. The job comes with a high commission on every sales deal achieved.

Responsibilities include:
  • Define and execute territory and account sales plans for your assigned geographic territory and then meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales and move multiple transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
  • Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system.
  • Coordinate pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide presentations, product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers.
  • Execute a land-and-expand sales strategy with well thought out enterprise sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast through the CRM system.
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
  • Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
  • B.Sc./HND from a recognizable institution.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Composure under pressure is compulsory.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage.

Job role: Technical Support Intern

Department: Presales Technical support and implementation Team
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time
Minimum years of Experience: 1
Responsibilities include:


  • Setup and complete freshdesk, Freshservice, and Freshworks CRM cloud solution for prospect
  • Customer onboarding for Microsoft office 365.
  • Conduct products presentation, demo and support.
  • Take escalations from customers via multiple channels and investigate to resolve.
  • Escalate core network issues to appropriate teams.
  • Run weekly reports on incidents.
  • Liaise with OEM to resolve technical related issues.
  • Critically analyze customer complaints and issues with a bid to providing lasting solution.
  • Continually drive customer satisfaction through speedy resolution of complaints.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
  • B.Sc./HND from a recognizable institution.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Composure under pressure is compulsory.
  • Network skills/ knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience on freshdesk, Freshservice or other CRM solution will be an advantage.
Demands of the Job
  • Regular communication with customers to understand requirement/requests, complaints and follow up until issues are resolved.
  • This job will be in a full time and, so the selected employee after successful completing the 1hrs internship will be promoted to Senior technical engineer, with other benefit.
